Through mindfulness, yoga sessions, guided meditations, full body massage, sound therapy and Organic locally sourced food, our Founder, Jess Leiras will be your guide to direct your energy back to you.

Is the accommodation shared or private?
Options for both private or shared rooms will be available. Prices vary for each options.
What if I'm not familiar with yoga, sound bath, breath work & guided meditations?
All of our sessions are beginners friendly. All sessions are held daily, so there will be plenty of time to become familiar with the practices.
Are plane tickets included?
No, you will be responsible for your flights costs.
Which airport do I fly into?
If you are traveling from the East Coast, the best route is to fly to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, FLL Airport and get a direct flight to Rio de Janeiro, GIG Airport.
If you are traveling from the West Coast the best route is to fly to Houston, Texas, IAH Airport and get a direct flight to Rio de Janeiro, GIG Airport.
How do I get to Praia das Caravelas, Buzios, Brazil?
I will be at the airport to greet you in person and a private shuttle will drive us to the resort location.
Are men and women lodging separate?
Yes, we will separate men and women in the lodging arrangements. You can book a private room with your significant other if you would like.
What should I bring?
We highly recommend that you only pack a carry on and a backpack. Picking up a checked luggage in Brazil is a hustle and can be stressful. (Trust me - as a Brazilian I know how to make this trip very comfortably). Comfortable activewear and swimming suits are a must. Comfortable lounging clothes are recommended. A pair of comfortable sneakers, sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, bug spray, a pair of beach sandals, and you should be all good to go. We highly suggest that you leave all your valuable jewelry at home. Including wedding bands (if they are simple gold wedding bands it's ok. Any diamonds including necklace, earrings, or rings MUST be left in your safe at your home in the US.) The weather in Brazil during this time of the year varies between 80F during the day and 65F at night. Do not worry about packing a yoga mat, that will be provided to you at the resort.
Will there be downtime?
Yes, there will be plenty of time to enjoy the retreat space.
Can specific dietary requirements be accommodated?
Yes, the retreat site can adjust all meals in accordance to dietary requirements upon arrival.
Do I need a Visa?
Depending on where you are from, you will need to check what your requirements are to enter Brazil. United States Citizens do not need a Visa to enter Brazil.
Do I need to be vaccinated for Covid to enter Brazil?
No, this is not required for travelers visiting Brazil.
Do I need to provide a negative Covid test to enter Brazil?
If you are vaccinated, you do not, you just need your vaccine card. If you are not vaccinated, you will need a negative PCR test done 24 hours prior to entering Brazil.
Is there Internet/Wi-Fi?
Free Wi-Fi at the resort is provided.

6 nights at the Resort.

Shuttle from GIG airport in Rio de Janeiro to the Resort and from the Resort to the same airport. (Please note we will have a limited window time to pick up our guests from the airport, ITS IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO BOOK YOUR FLIGHT ACCORDINGLY) We will be at the airport for pick up from 8am on 06/02/2024 to 10am 06/02/2024. If you arrive any other day and time you are responsible for your own transportation. Our shuttle will drop you off at the GIG airport in Rio de Janeiro on 06/08/2024 at 2pm. If you depart any other day and time, you are responsible for your own transportation.

Dinner for your first night. Buffet style breakfast with eggs, omelets, and tapioca made to order every morning. Lunch: 1 appetizer, 1 entree, 1 non-alcoholic drink & 1 desert option available daily. Dinner: same as lunch.
